How do I place an order?
We prefer that you order direct through our website so we can focus on fulfilling your order. However, if you have any questions and/or prefer to order through our social media channels, we will be happy to take your order too!
What payments method do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, KBZ Pay, KBZ bank transfer, AYA bank transfer and CB bank transfer
How long does shipping take?
If you order Cloversoft directly from our website, your orders will be delivered within 1-3 days of confirmation. For bank transfers, your orders will be delivered within 1-3 days upon receipt of payments
How do I retail Cloversoft products?
We accept wholesale enquiries. If you would like to purchase Cloversoft products at wholesale prices, please fill up the contact form or send an e-mail to hello@sekatrading.com
Is there a refund policy?
Unfortunately, unless there is an unlikely case of products defect, we do not accept refunds of our wipes.
